The Mayor/Chair requests that all electronic devices be silenced and phone conversations taken outside the Council Chambers. Weatherford City Hall is wheelchair accessible and special parking is available on the south side of the building. If special accommodations are required, please contact the City Secretary at 817-598-4202 a minimum of 24 hours in advance.
The City Council, Municipal Utility Board, and other boards/commissions/committees of the City of Weatherford, as allowed, reserve the right to enter into Executive Session at any time during the course of this meeting to seek legal advice from the City Attorney on any posted agenda item as authorized by Texas Government Code, Section 551.071. Unless a Work Session Agenda, or otherwise indicated, action may be taken on any of the following agenda items.
In accordance with the Home Rule Charter of the City of Weatherford, the Mayor and two Council Members also serve as members on the Municipal Utility Board. No action specific to the City Council is scheduled for items discussed at this meeting; however, a quorum of the City Council will usually be present at every meeting of the Municipal Utility Board.

All of the Consent Agenda Items are considered to be routine and self-explanatory and will be enacted with one motion. There will be no separate consideration of these items unless the Council or Board removes the item from Consent.

Suggested Action:
Staff recommends the Municipal Utility Board authorize the procurement of on-call SCADA programming services from North Point Technology LLC, in an amount not to exceed $25,000, for a total aggregate fiscal year expenditure amount not to exceed $185,000.

Suggested Action:
Staff recommends approval of Resolution R2025-05 adopting an amended budget for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2025.

Suggested Action:
Staff recommends that the Municipal Utility Board accept payment and reinstate the lake lot license for Mr. John Garrison (Lake Lot 115).

Suggested Action:
Staff recommends authorizing the City Manager to execute a construction contract with RW Jones Heavy Construction, LLC for the Town Creek Interceptor Wastewater Improvements project in an amount not to exceed $2,798,067.

No formal action is required from the Utility Board. This item is presented for consideration and discussion only, as the authority to issue debt rests solely with the City Council.
